Yes we all love and adore those weird puddings popping up everywhere but did you know you can make them at home! 

Benefits of Chia Seed 

  • Chia seeds are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, antioxidants, iron, and calcium.

  • 1-ounce, serving of chia seeds also contains 5.6 grams of protein.

  • Mixed with water, they can replace egg in vegan cooking

How much Chia should you eat in a day.

  • It is recommended to eat  20 grams (about 1.5 tablespoons) of chia seeds, twice per day. 

Is Chia a good source of fiber?

  • Two tablespoons of chia seeds have almost 10 grams of fiber. That's around 40 percent of the recommended daily intake. Diets high in fiber have been linked to weight loss.

4-5 tbsp chia seeds (white or black)
