Why we all need an accountability partner?

Corona is hard on everyone. But isolation makes it harder to be our own ‘team captain’, our own cheerleader, and our own motivation.

I am here to help you find your new ‘team’. This is not to push your fitness level- this is to find continuity and positive energy. Moving our body + finding time for ourselves everyday will help LIFT your mood and make this time a little easier.

I hope my happiness jumps ‘off the screen' and can help you smile a little more.

Use the ‘honor code’ and please only mark if you really have done the activity. You can CHECK the box if you did the workout with me LIVE or my YOUTUBE recording of that same exercise. The 100x options you can do on your own (or with me after some of my LIVE workouts). Meal Prep- is open to interpretation: but it should mean a day where you plan your groceries, get home, prep it, and save if for the next few days. Theme days will be coming up on Thursday! (and I would love to see some photo proof!) Let me know if you have questions!

Yes it’s important to balance out our fitness goals with our food goals (and fun). I don’t love the phrase “Cheat Meal” it has such a negative stigma. BUT Make it a MOOD Happy Meal- something that is maybe a little messier and lifts the mood! Which is just as important for our Wellness Goals!
