Hungry Girl

Here is this week’s Sweet Potato Hash recipe.

Literally hash is from the word Hatcher in French ‘to chop’
1 large sweet potato chopped
1/2 yellow onion chopped
1/2 tbsp Beautiful Briny Sea Magic Unicorn Seasoning
1 tsp cayenne pepper optional
2 eggs
Sprinkle of arugula, sun-dried tomatoes, + nutritional yeast!
Cook sweet potatoes and onions in olive oil with seasoning about 10-12 minutes. Make two pockets for the eggs and cover and cook another 5-9 minutes depending on how you like your eggs! Sprinkle with the fixings!
