A worthy massage

So let’s take a look at my first Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Thanks to Gi Beauty Care

What’s a lymphatic drainage massage?

*This helps to rapidly speed up the removal of wastes and toxins. Or redistribute fluids through the body (no outside removal)

*Signs of a sluggish lymphatic system: swelling in arms and legs, soreness in the head, neck, or knees.

*Lymph Nodes: located throughout the body but mostly found in the neck, armpits, and groin areas.

My personal experience…

First, find someone who you are comfortable with. Loved meeting Giovana. She has amazing experience and shares her knowledge about a healthy lymphatic system. I enjoy learning about the body inside and out. I have had a variety of muscular and skeletal body work, but this was my first time with internal body work. How to prepare for your first lymphatic massage: drink plenty of water, wear comfy undergarments, and don’t rush to a workout afterwards, keep the day relaxed. I felt very relaxed during the whole process. Gi talks you through the process. My legs felt very relaxed during and after. For anyone feeling bloated during or after your period this is an amazing time to go and feel relief. If you have a sedentary job then you should 100% try this. I enjoyed this experience. I think going once in a while would be appropriate for my needs. I walk every day, move my body, and watch what I eat. But for anyone struggling with body fatigure or inflammation I highly suggest booking with Gi!

*My before and after pictures were only slightly different, but the fluid release last a few days.
